Hire Our Village Hall
At the heart of the village, Dungworth Village Hall provides a friendly and flexible space for local activities and events. From clubs and workshops to parties and meetings, we’re pleased to welcome both regular and occasional bookings.

Make an enquiry – Use the booking enquiry form to contact us with details of your booking.
Confirm your booking – Once availability is confirmed, you will be asked to complete a booking form and agree to the terms of hire.
Payment – Details of hire charges and payment arrangements will be provided when your booking is confirmed.

We aim to make Dungworth Village Hall as accessible as possible. There is step-free access to the hall. If you have particular access needs, please contact us in advance so we can advise and assist where possible.
The hall must be left clean and tidy after use
Hirers are responsible for setting up and clearing away tables and chairs
Any damage or breakages must be reported
The hall must be vacated by the agreed end time
Hirers must comply with all safety guidance provided
Full terms of hire will be shared when a booking is confirmed.
How many people can the hall accommodate?

Is parking available?
There is limited parking outside the hall. We ask that hirers use the cones provided to ensure that users of the hall do not park around the narrow bend as this can make access for the bus difficult.
Can we use the kitchen?
Kitchen facilities are available as part of the hire. Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy after use.
Can alcohol be served?

Do you provide insurance?
Regular hirers may be asked to provide evidence of their own public liability insurance.
Can I have a bouncy castle in the hall?

Can the hall be used for overnight indoor 'camping'?
Unfortunately the hall can not be used for overnight sleeping accommodation.
